Modern life can be stressful. Whether you work at home or in an office, the daily bombardment of emails and 'To Do Lists', and the overstimulation of electronic devices mean you are always contactable and therefore can rarely switch off and relax. This can lead to stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, low mood - and burn out!
It doesn't have to be this way.
Take time out of your busy schedule to on Sunday October 14 from 1pm-3pm, at The Laboratory health spa in Muswell Hill to Relax & Restore your energy. Enjoy two-hours of restful yoga poses and breathing techniques that gently release tension in the shoulders, neck and back, ease open tightness around the chest and hip joints - and leave you feeling calm, centered and refreshed.

Please note that although this workshop is suitable for anyone and any body, there will be some breathing exercises and poses that need to be adapted for people who are pregnant, on medication or have a medical condition. Please consult your doctor beforehand and inform your teacher.
