Anjali mudra: The palms of both hands are placed in front of the chest in a prayer position. It is often employed at the beginning and end of yoga class as a salutation. I use this for balance in tree pose. Press the thumbs to the ste
rnum in the centre of the chest and lift up for a feeling of joy!
There are many other mudras in the body - these are just the hand gestures. Try practising these and see if they create any change in your mind, body, emotions or just a sense of focus?
