Following the success of the previous workshop at The Laboratory health spa in Muswell Hill, I've been invited to run the workshop at the sister spa in Mill Hill in November, 2018.
Join me on Sunday October 11 from 1pm-3pm for this two hour workshop that costs £25:00.
Learn how to manage hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety and insomnia by attending a Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing workshop, or private class.
You’ll enjoy restorative relaxation yoga poses and learn breathing techniques, nutritional advice, alternative therapies and the latest medical research to help you transition positively through this natural change in life. And you'll receive a goodie bag of treats.
The classes are led by Petra Coveney, who is a British Wheel of Yoga experienced and qualified 200+ hour senior teacher and member of the
British Menopause Society for health practitioners.
Down to Earth studio to host Menopause Workshop in September 2018
I'm delighted to announce that Down to Earth studio is to host my Menopause Yoga workshop on September 9th from 2pm-5pm.
This is a beautiful boutique yoga and pilates studio in Tufnell Park, in North London, N7, and places are limited to 10-12 people.
The two-hour workshop costs £25.00 and you'll learn how to manage hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety and insomnia at this Menopause Yoga & Wellbeing workshop.
There will be specially adapted restorative relaxation yoga poses and breathing techniques, nutritional advice, alternative therapies and the latest medical research to help you transition positively through this natural change in your life.

Triyoga - UK's largest Yoga Studio - to host Menopause Yoga Workshop in October
Triyoga in London - the UK's largest yoga studio network - is to host my Yoga for Menopause workshop this Autumn, on Sunday 7 October, 2018, from 2pm-5pm.
Only the best teachers from around the world are invited to host workshops at this studio so I am honoured to have been invited to run this workshop here.
Due to popular demand I have extended this workshop to three hours. You'll learn yoga poses and breathing techniques proven to help women manage the main menopause symptoms, as well as gain nutritional advice on how to nurture and nourish your changing body; gain insights into Ayurveda and other natural remedies and alternative therapies, - as well as the latest medical advice from the British Menopause Society. Community is very important for women going through menopause so there will be a group discussion and opportunity to ask questions - so bring your journal to make notes.
The workshop is being held at Triyoga at the Camden Town studio, 57 Jamestown Street, London, NW1 7DB and costs £30.00 for three hours. This extended workshop gives you time to enjoy the full benefits of this workshop.

The Laboratory health spa to host Menopause Yoga workshop
I am delighted to have been asked to run my Yoga for Menopause workshop at The Laboratory health spa, in Muswell Hill, London, on Saturday June 24 from 2.30-4.30pm.
This workshop will focus more on delivering two hours of blissful relaxation to help ease the symptoms of menopause that include: stress and anxiety, insomnia and fatigue, irritability and mood swings, weight gain and digestive problems and headaches.
Bring comfortable stretchy clothing and something warm to wear in deep relaxation.

Yogacentric Studio to host Menopause Yoga workshop in April 2018
Yogacentric: 3 Tribes studio in Crouch End, London, is the first studio to host a Yoga for Menopause workshop, on Saturday 26 April, 2018. It is due to the forward-thinking of this studio that they are the first to host one of these workshops to help women in their 40s and 50s.
This two-hour workshop with start with a cultural overview of Menopause with comparisons between eastern and western approaches and treatments.
Expect to learn yoga asana poses and meditation for specific menopause symptoms, as well as the latest medical and nutritional advice from the British Menopause Society, and a group discussion on how to transition positively through this natural stage in your life.
