All single class bookings are for 60 minutes yoga practice, and an additional 15minute health consultation, feedback and personal plan development so you can meet your goals.
For £60, you can enjoy a private yoga session tailored to your personal needs. Book 5 classes in advance and the fee is reduced to £50.00 - saving you £50.

Who are the classes for?
Yoga is for everyone and every body. Mind Body yoga classes are designed to be accessible to all no matter what your level of experience. However, If you have a recent injury or condition, you are advised to consult your doctor before embarking on a new exercise programme.
You are in safe hands. Classes are taught by me - Petra Coveney - a fully qualified yoga teacher with a 200+ hour British Wheel of Yoga diploma and an additional 200 hour+ Yoga Alliance training qualification in Inner Axis for people experiencing stress and anxiety. I also hold a 50-hour diploma in Restorative Yoga trained by Anna Ashby and an extra 50 hours for Tapasaya Hot Yoga, trained by Kirsten Stewart. I am a senior teacher and trainer running courses accredited by both the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I trained at the UK's most prestigious yoga studio - Triyoga - on the internationally respected two-year diploma course. This is the most in depth course in the country. I have teaching insurance, a First Aid certificate and a certificate in mental health awareness from the charity MIND.
I have 20 years of experience practising yoga and eight years of teaching. I am qualified to teach:
Vinyasa Flow levels 1-3
Max Strom's Inner Axis method,
- Menopause Yoga (I am the founder of Menopause Yoga and run workshops, privates classes and Teacher Trainings)
- Mindfulness & Meditation
- Restorative Yoga for relaxation

I teach group classes at London's leading yoga studios, including Triyoga in Camden and Soho, Down to Earth Studio in Islington, 3 Tribes in north London.
I also lead private classes for individuals and groups of friends, and corporate classes in workplaces. Please note that during the Covid-19 pandemic I am only offering online classes via Zoom.us.
My style of yoga has been inspired by internationally acclaimed David Swenson (Ashtanga); Nancy Gilgoff (Ashtanga), Donna Farhi (Vinyasa Flow); Max Strom (Inner Axis); Anna Ashby (Hatha & Restorative Yoga), Jean Hall (Vinyasa Flow), Mimi Kuo Deemer (Vinyasa Flow & Qi Gong) and Kristen Campbell (Tapasaya Hot Yoga) and Nadine Watton (Ashtanga).
